Cliffhanger villas is a private estate, offering modern four and eight bedroom villas each complete their own private swimming pool.
The four- and five-bedroom villas are approximately 4000 ft.² and eight-bedroom villa is approximately 8000 ft.² all built new in 2020. The villas are modern and clean with all amenities including large living room with balcony, separate dining area and full kitchen, large spacious bedrooms and private swimming pools.

The space
Our little slice of heaven offers spacious air-conditioned four, five and eight bedroomed Villas.
The Villas are nestled into the mountainside of Seychelles with just a 20 min drive to the airport and 10 to 15 mins away from the beautiful beaches of Seychelles.
The Villas have all the luxuries of a hotel, with the convenience of self-catering.
The ground floor comprises of Lounge, Dining and kitchen which extends out onto a private terrace.
The spacious lounge with its contemporary furniture allows for comfortable seating for eight in front of the 70” LCD T.V. equipped with DVD player and full surround-sound capability, which can provide hours of entertainment. For those looking for some lighthearted fun on those rainy days we provide a vast variety of board games to keep the fun times rolling.
The dining room, which also seats eight, is conveniently located adjacent to the sleek and fully fitted kitchen, containing some of the top of the range appliances. The intense natural beauty of the granitic mountains of Mahe as well as the luscious tropical vegetation; the likes of which hosts the perfect spot for the expansive patio which is perfect for drinks.
The 4 bedroom Villa comprises of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each complete with its own super cold air-conditioning units , a large dining space with entertainment lounge, fully fitted kitchen and private swimming pool. This villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
As you enter the 4 bedroom Villa, on the ground floor you will find the super Lounge, with Dining area and full kitchen. The super Lounge extends out onto a private terrace over looking your private pool.
There are stairs leading down to our pool room which is also a double bedroom with en-suite that looks out over the private pool or up to the other 3 bedrooms.
The 8 bedroom Villa comprises of 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each complete with its own super cold air-conditioning units , a large dining space with entertainment lounge, fully fitted kitchen and two private swimming pools. This villa comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests.
Our larger slice of heaven 8 bedroom Villa is 2 Four Bedroom Cliff hanger Villas combined allowing a spacious air-conditioned eight bedroomed Villa, you will enjoy double of everything that our 4 bedroom villa offers.
Complete with all these incredible aspects, our villas are absolutely essential for the perfect stay in paradise.

Vacations should be hassle free so we assist guests in any special requests such as taxi transfers, car hire etc. ask and we will assist!
We also offer complementary use of Fiat 500 courtesy cars for guests staying with us and offer free and secure parking at the villa at no charge for up to 4 cars per booking.
We have a minimum stay of one week at the Villa throughout the year. However during the holiday times the following minimum stays apply;
Easter – Minimum 10 Nights
Christmas – Minimum 10 Nights
New Year – Minimum 10 Nights
Christmas and New Year Combined – Minimum 14 Nights
